The Bell Labs building in Holmdel is an architectural heirloom, designed by renowned architect Eero Saarinen, with a proud and distinguished history. It has been sold, and the fate of the building and property lies in the hands of the developer and the town of Holmdel. The approved Redevelopment Plan from Somerset Development is now available as are recent photos of the renovation in progress.

The building has been nominated to join the National Register of Historic Places.
